Sumitomo Electric U.K. Power Cables Holds Supply Chain Workshops in Inverness for Net-Zero Emissions

Sumitomo Electric U.K. Power Cables Ltd. (SEUK-CL), a Scottish subsidiary of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., hosted its second supply chain workshop in Inverness, Scotland, on October 29 and 30, 2025. The event was supported by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport (ICFGF).

The workshops aimed to enhance collaboration with potential suppliers and strategic partners vital for the facility’s development and operation, strengthen SEUK-CL’s supply chain, and promote local production and supply of submarine power cables.
